The appropriate place to start for all Family Law Matters is an Initial Consultation. This is a No-Obligation 60-90 minute session with a senior Family Lawyer in order for us to understand the specifics surrounding your matter, and provide you with specialist, tailored advice, ensuring you fully understand your rights and obligations, and are left with a clear understanding of the next steps for your matter, as well as of course answering any further questions you may have.
Our Initial Consultations are Strictly Confidential, can be held at our Dural or Norwest Offices, or via Telephone/MS Teams, and are a flat rate of $275 inc GST.

Working collaboratively with all parties to try and achieve a prompt and cost-effective outcome, this typically will involve Solicitor-Led Negotiation and/or Mediation to resolve matters with the consent of both parties – usually resulting in Consent Orders, Parenting Plans and/or Binding Financial Agreements.
Whilst we always try to resolve matters without having to resort to Court, in particularly complex or acrimonious matters this may be required to achieve resolution. In these matters, we guide, advise and represent our clients through the Federal Circuit & Family Court (FCFCOA) process.
