We understand that each and every client’s circumstances are unique.
Typically, the best place to start with a Family Law Matter is with an Initial Consultation with a Family Law Solicitor. The purpose of the Initial Consultation is to generally ascertain the unique issues involved with your matter and advise you on your rights, responsibilities and obligations under the Family Law Act.
During this consultation, the Solicitor will obtain your instructions in relation to the history of your relationship and discuss with you the various options which may be available to you moving forward. We will also discuss the likely costs associated with the different options. Initial Consultations are strictly confidential and are ‘no obligation’.
Our Initial Consultations are held at our Dural offices (21/286 New Line Rd – Behind Dural McDonalds), our Norwest Offices (Atlas / Virgin Active Building – Suite 308/2-8 Brookhollow Ave, Norwest) or otherwise via telephone / video conference and are $275.00 (inc GST) for a 1 hour consult.
