Robert was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2015 and has extensive family law experience in a range of matters ranging from simple parenting and property matters through to contentious and complex matters, such as parenting matters involving multiple risk factors, international abductions and recoveries, and sophisticated property matters involving multiple investment properties, trusts, creditors and corporations.

Robert has experience in all areas of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia including appellate work and has appeared in a number of appeal matters before the Full Bench of the Family Court.

Robert has excellent communication skills, not only in dealing with fellow practitioners and counsel, but also with clients, who are usually involved in adversarial litigation for the first time in their lives, which can be a stressful and daunting process.

Robert is empathetic and reassuring, while maintaining professionalism and objectivity, providing confident, well-reasoned advice, which involves actively managing risks whilst strenuously advocating for the interests of his clients.
