We use this information to run a search in our internal database and ensure that we have not given advice to any related party which may prevent us from assisting you. This is entirely confidential, and should any conflict be identified, we only contact you regarding this. 

If this information is not provided to us, we may have to abort your consultation mid-way through, or possibly be unable to assist you following the consultation. In this instance, we are unable to refund any fees incurred prior to identifying the consultation.
